| Description | Bellingham Urology Group specializes in adult and pediatric urology. We currently have a need for a full time PA-C to complement our growing practice. The physician assistant will perform a variety of duties in the evaluation, treatment planning and management of patients. We offer a great mix between surgical and clinical opportunities. We have our own on-site ambulatory surgery center. Job duties will include, but not limited to, clinical exams, administering drugs and instillations, catheters, assisting in surgeries and procedures, and rounds at the hospital. ER call will be required. This position is accountable to deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education to the patient, patient’s family, clinical staff and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes. Qualified candidates will provide high quality and compassionate patient care and work well in a collaborative team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and self-direction is essential for this job. Two or more years of experience is preferred, however, we will train the right candidate. Experience and/ or interest in urology and robotic surgery is a plus! Competitive salary dependent on experience with incentive bonus structure and we offer excellent benefits. |
