Maine Medical Partners, a department of Maine Medical Center (MMC), is currently recruiting for an experienced Hospitalist Physician Assistant (PA) to care for hospitalized patients at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. Providers are responsible for admissions, daily rounding, acute visits and discharges of patients as well as ordering and interpreting laboratory data. All are done in conjunction with collaborating attending and consulting physicians.
MMC is a Magnet designated 637-bed Academic Medical Center located in Portland on the breathtaking coast of Maine. We are the state’s only Level 1 Trauma Center and a tertiary care facility.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Successful completion of accredited Physician Assistant program.
Experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
Current BLS certification.
