Brief Summary of Job Description:
Review and Keep patient records with full understanding of HIPAA Regulations/Confidentiality.
Perform and document patient history, consultation, follow up.
Perform and document physical examinations, as appropriate for Gastroenterology/Hepatology.
Assess patient condition and if any questions, consult Supervising Physician.
Place and document conversations and medications ordered in patients’ medical records.
Review, Sign and Date all the pathology/labs/radiology data.
Requirements:
A valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant issued by the Physician Assistant Committee of the Medical Board of California. |
