Located in the beautiful San Francisco bay are, our practice is located just 30 minutes from downtown. El Cerrito’s unique community boasts amazing schools, excellent housing options, great family friendly communities, and access to a thriving cultural community. As an established and growing practice, we are focused on finding a Physician Assistant with a passion for cosmetic surgery and the aesthetic medical industry. This is paramount for consideration and success. Call requirements are internal only and will be split equally with the surgeon. Our practice is a strong, established cosmetic practice with an excellent reputation and a strong social media presence. We offer competitive compensation with base salary and bonuses on clearly defined performance initiatives. IMPORTANT: While there is a base salary, performance and growth will drive your earnings opportunity. PA’s looking for a large base without performance incentives should not apply. We are looking for entrepreneurial, driven professionals with competitive backgrounds. Applicants must be highly skilled in all areas of their specialty, have exceptional patient interaction skills, and be committed to a “patient first” approach to the position.
