Description:
Seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner to work at Ohio Medical Group office in Elyria. The NP will work a variable schedule, including evening and weekends, to provide patient access as well as convenient care services; could be a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts. May travel to additional sites on the west side.

This position exists to provide assessment, necessary interventions and tests with resulting diagnosis to patients.
• Performs patient assessments and conducts follow-up visit
• Establishes plan of care and implements interventions
• Provides interdisciplinary team patient care
• Offers educational development to staff, patients, families

Qualifications:
Demonstrated competence as a practitioner.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
A variety of technical patient care devices specific to the clinical area.
Proficiency with computers and selected office equipment.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an advanced practice role

Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships

Nursing Doctorate or Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis on clinical practice.

Current Registered Nurse licensure to practice in Ohio.
Current APRN license to practice in Ohio.
Nurse Practitioner certification – Family NP certification required
