| Description | Advanced Practice Provider - Full-Time Position – Raleigh, North Carolina. Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic, Wake County’s oldest and most experienced orthopedic practice, is seeking a Physician Assistant to work with one of our fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeons who is a team physician for the Carolina Hurricanes, NC State University, and Broughton High School. Areas of expertise include sports medicine, shoulder, hip and knee arthroscopy, and cartilage restoration. Position will work in both an OR and Clinical Setting and requires ability to perform in a high volume practice, work independently and be comfortable interpreting X-rays. North Carolina licensure and Board Certification is required. Prefer a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in an Orthopaedic environment. Will consider new graduates. Requires strong interpersonal and patient/family interaction skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and must work carefully with attention to detail. Must be able to take occasional week night 'phone' call and weekend inpatient rounding. |
