Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Part-time
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is recruiting for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a full-time medical provider onsite at a company-based clinic. The employer is a large publicly traded organization with more than 4,000 employees in the greater Houston area. Physician supervision and support will be provided by Kelsey-Seybold physicians. As an Occupational Medicine/primary care practitioner treating adult patients, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging employees in care, delivering excellent patient care and customer service, performing examinations and evaluations, delivering diagnoses and treatment plans, follow-up consultation, care coordination, and care management, and health education for adult patients. The Onsite Clinic will provide CLIA waived testing and other diagnostic services utilizing comprehensive electronic medical records (EPIC). The practice will coordinate care as needed with other primary care and specialty physicians as well as the use of appropriate ancillary services located at other Kelsey-Seybold locations. Clinical responsibilities will include patient management in the clinic. Hours are 7:30a to 4:30p, Monday - Friday as designated by the site. Located in Morris, IL General Responsibilities:
• Master's degree in Nursing or successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant training program with at least 2 years of clinical experience functioning as a licensed independent practitioner

Compensation is salary based. Malpractice insurance, paid vacation, CME, and medical leave are provided.
