The Center of Rejunvenation MedSpa is growing and has an immediate need for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The group is only considering applicants with experience. Group offers excellent compensation and benefits package.

Job Summary: The PA/NP is a participant in the creation of an environment that ensures
client satisfaction and maximum productivity. The NP/PA models the COR
Vision in all actions and interactions.
Essential Functions:
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to clients.
Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures and policies that pertain
to the spa.
Insure that all clients receive exceptional service and have a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Create a professional relationship with the clients using good verbal and non-verbal communication. Promote return
visits.
Develop a dialogue with the client regarding their expectations of the service and provide a simple yet informative
narrative of each procedure within the service whenever appropriate.
Review all new client intake forms, document client treatments and plans of care, file in appropriate records.
Continually work on your personal sales skills including: building instant rapport, client needs assessment, feature
and benefit presentation, overcoming objections and closing.
Know and use all sales scripts and presentations.
Build client partnerships by appropriately matching client needs to the various services and products offered and
clearly educating the client on how they will receive the most benefit.
Learn all current promotions and offer them to new and existing clients to stimulate sales during the promotional
period.
Performs medical aesthetics and related treatments according to the COR protocols; including but not limited
to injectables; Botox and dermal fillers, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, laser skin tightening, radio
frequency procedures, vaginal rejuvenation and non-invasive body contouring
Maintains cleanliness and order of treatment rooms, medical aesthetic equipment and all other areas
associated with the total patient and employee experience
Records notes and observations in patient charts and reports any medical concerns to the medical director
Participates in meetings, seminars, promotional events, training and other business events as scheduled.

Customer Interaction
All interaction, whether by phone, written communication, or in person, should be friendly and professional.
Quick and timely responses to personal or phone inquiries from clients is required.
Facility Cleanliness
Cleanliness is a priority to everyone. Minor cleanups should be completed on the spot, whereas more serious
cleanups should be reported immediately.
Safety
Safety is every employee’s responsibility. All employees are expected to report any unsafe conditions of any
nature either within the location or on the property to management.
In the event that a condition exists that is a potential immediate hazard to clients, fellow employees secure the
area from use and report the hazard to management immediately.
