Nurse Practitioner NeuroHospitalist
Members of our inpatient team provide comprehensive services through admission, hospitalization and discharge, including the care of patients in our observation unit. You’ll have responsibility for assessment and management of patients including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and the day-to-day implementation and evaluation of an appropriate plan of care.
Schedule: 7a-7p (or 9a-5p) M-F, no call.
Inpatient only
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience evaluating/examining, diagnosing and formulating an assessment and plan for all neurological patients
Willing/able to cover more than one hospital
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, with neurologist back up when needed
